When you submit a service or contact request, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your facility (if applicable) and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to refuse service requests at our discretion.

4. Quotes, Scheduling & Payment

• Any quote provided via the Site is not a guarantee until confirmed by Local Fitness Repair.
• Pricing information shown on the Site (e.g. monthly maintenance plans) is subject to change; actual service agreement will reflect the then-current pricing.
• Payment terms will be set forth in the service agreement or invoice provided prior to work.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Local Fitness Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or Services.

6. No Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Changes to Terms
